INVESTIGATE. “Watch every movement of both the vehicle and ICE agent after the driver being directed to move her vehicle. Also, check time of 1st shooting w/ medical facts reaction upon 1st impact of ammo to her head based on her physical and emotional reaction to such compact while operating a vehicle in movement w/ her foot and hands physically handling a vehicle. At 1st she started to reverse, angling vehicle to turn away from subjects, upon forward movement of vehicle law enforcement started firing and continued after the fact of direct hit to the head (not trying to injure nor enabling vehicle) causing death to the victim. Suspect ICE agent “QUILTY MURDER!!!!”.
