it's important what State you live in, In Georgia, if you try enter someone's domicile in a violent and tumultuous manner, deadly force is authorized. Only in a liberal Jurisdiction, or a Jurisdiction where the the perps are black and the jury is black would you get a civil judgment against you for defending yourself.
