Proper installation and, most importantly, correct belt tensioning are critical for reliable engine operation. • During installation, the crankshaft must be positioned correctly, with the engine set to compression stroke on cylinder one. The video clearly shows how to prepare the engine before fitting the pump and what details must be checked prior to tensioning the belt. The water pump belt tension is set using a 10 mm hex key, inserted into a dedicated service hole. The pump housing is rotated clockwise (when viewed directly) to achieve the correct tension, with an applied torque of 30 Nm, followed by final tightening. • All stages of the procedure are shown in detail, including tightening torques and important nuances that are often overlooked during this repair.
