Jamaicans have been doing this for generations. However, we do not boil the bananas, or add egg. when the bananas are ripe, we mash them, add flour, cinnamon powder and nutmeg. Mix the batter then fry in coconut oil. When banana fritters are o, sprinkle a little sugar over the fritters you are done!
