@plandymandy: I love Al Pastor Street Tacos and this is my spin on those flavors in a healthier power bowl 😍 Chicken: 2lbs chicken thighs 2-3 chipotles in adobo 1C pineapple juice 1 tsp each; onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin *Blend marinade, pour over chicken, marinate 1 hour.
