Today i told the ultrasound tech that im happy because i didn’t cry for 2 days ! I was so proud of me because i cried everyday since a month. Guess who cried on her way back home after the ultrasound 😅

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a chemical pregnancy 6 months ago. I work independently in a laboratory. My cousin, who's also experienced loss, suggested getting a library card to listen to audiobooks. Listening to a combo of self improvement, parenting, and romance novels, has kept the could've, should've, would've scenarios from plaguing me all day long. I still have my moments of grief, but the books have been a welcome distraction. I pray that you find an outlet that brings you peace and comfort while you grieve too. Sending you hugs. ❤
