funny...when I visited many years ago most of this was just open....especially Trevi fountain was a day n evening courtyard style hangout you just walked up to it no tickets...it was quite the meeting spot for chilling after dinner

My mother is from Rome so we always visited over the years to see family and I have never seen it as crowded as it has been the last 3-4 years these new rules are needed
