I honestly don’t know. Cuz the car was stopped and didn’t see the the small vertical human(compared to a car) in the middle of the lane, and there were cars to block the drivers view. As seen in the photo, in that angle the driver already was going forward because they don’t see a wide body car, but this man rolls in out of nowhere. Anyways.. Im sure he lost.

thats crazy because the car is 90% through the intersection and the skateboarder had time to stop. isn't there laws about preventing a crash if possible and the boarder didn't even try to stop the crash.

In the driver’s defense you did say he’s smaller than a motor vehicle therefore the car may have not been able to see him. Also (depending on where he lives) he shouldn’t be on the street. And he had time to stop or just completely ditch the board, while he’s it would’ve likely injured him he’d be a lot safer had he not taken the impact from the car.

I mean they did look they went and he came fast when they couldn’t see him he’s not a car so he is at fault bc a car would’ve either braked or auto stopped cuz of newer safety features and he didn’t try to brake 1 bit
