i tried doing this and other methods during my marriage and it was good for a couple of months but after some time i was so tired and in pain so much, bc theyre only temporarily solutions. its like i have to hold myself back for the rest of my life when i have so much love to give 😭 i just couldn't do it so now we're divorced. but in my next rs, i would focus on myself, my appearance, my hobbies more and put them after me, and i dont ever ever ever want to fnd a man like that again. i learnt my lesson.
