@bengleason23: If you have any sort of goal of getting in better shape this year: gaining muscle, losing weight, running faster or jumping higher The BEST thing you can do is build a routine you will actually follow. You won’t reach your goal through spontaneous, two hour “motivated”workouts or a 30 day get-fit-quick plan You need something you’ll consistently. Even if it’s just for 10 minutes 5x a week. Doing something regularly, will make you way more successful than relying on rare bursts of effort. If you do 10 push-ups a day and you’ll do thousands more than you did last year. A 20 minute workout 5x a week is much more manageable than 60 minutes and you’re way less likely to skip it. Big, rare efforts won’t get you there. You need daily and weekly goals that are achievable no matter what. Start stacking those small wins and the goals will achieve themselves.
