@dan_nanni: strace is a Linux debugging and observability tool used to monitor and record system calls and signals made by a running program or process. When a program runs, most meaningful work (opening files, reading and writing data, creating sockets, allocating memory, spawning processes) is performed via system calls to the Linux kernel. strace intercepts these calls and prints them in the order they occur, along with their arguments, return values, and error codes. Here are useful strace command examples 😎👆 Find a high-res pdf book with all my Linux related infographics from https://study-notes.org #linux #infosec #sysadmin #cybersecurity #devops
