It’s so sad that I can’t buy fresh oyster mushrooms where I live 🇫🇮, in fact the only fresh mushrooms I can get are button mushrooms of various sizes (white or brown but basically the same) and in the autumn chanterelle. That and Marmite are probably the only things I really miss from the UK.
