Hey I would recommend checking out PRI. They aren't specifically a speech therapy, they're postural therapy, but very focused on the neuroscience and neuroanatomy of movement. I don't have an expert understanding of Rhotacism but tongue function is something that PRI theory does address. I recommend looking up a provider in your area and going to get assessed, they may be able to help. Have you tried myofunctional therapy? Btw your voice is great, even though you may not prefer it to be this way. If you have any more questions about what I said please don't hesitate to ask.
