My boy’s last day was filled with adventure. He just wanted to walk and so he walked around the neighborhood, watched red squirrels, went to the beach and to the woods. By the afternoon he was tired, had stopped eating and was ready to go. It was a beautiful day

My soul cat passed before I got her back from the shelter from a neglect situation by my mother (I got out, and I failed my sweet Winslow. I was only 11 but I still think about what I could’ve done to save her from my mom) but I think In some way the universe brought her back to me, in some small way. They act the exact same, they talk the exact same, they are so so similar. She came back to me in her best tuxedo, and I hope I can give her the final days of her life like Winslow deserved. 🥹

This looks just like a senior cat we inherently “adopted” when we moved to our farm. We never got to say goodbye to him. I wish we had found him sooner in life. I miss him so much.
