Believe it or not but I’ve had vericose veins since I was a child 😔 I believe it was due to bad standing posture. I would always over-extend and lock my knees when standing which I think resulted in poor blood flow over the years. I now also have vericose veins at 25yrs and I’m also a nurse 💔 the veins are not that bad but I’m afraid they will worsen with age. What treatment do you recommend?

I’m 44 had just had my second go-round of ablation for venous insufficiency. Many years of being a drug store manager and two pregnancies really did a number on me despite being a normal weight person. I’ve also heard long term birth control use can increase the risk.
