@thedizzycook: Migraine Attack Ginger Ice Cubes: ๐ซ Make ahead cubes for hot or cold water for quick pain or nausea relief. Get the homemade ginger juice base (that you donโt need a juicer for!) at the link in my profile. Ginger is a simple anti-inflammatory natural treatment that can sometimes help with pain, dizziness or nausea relief, especially if taken early in an attack. For me, if I start getting some indications an attack is coming (frequent yawning, ears plugging, head pressure or light sensitivity) I usually try to start with these ginger cubes first and see if I can get it to go away naturally. If it continues, I like to pair it with my acute meds as I feel it gives them a little boost. The best part is these can be stored in your freezer, so sometimes I just like them for a cozy tea with lemon and honey if I feel sick, or as a refreshing drink with sparkling water. Does ginger ever help you? Let me know!!
