Here is my qiestion, my friend was about 7 to 8 month pregnant when she died. The baby was removed and place in hwr arm in thw casket. why couldnt it remain?

Out of curiosity... why not shoes? I've buried parents, a brother and a companion of several years. The funeral homes stressed no shoes. Personally I do want to have my favorite tennis shoes on.
