I did sips for 15 years. the house wrap made it fail. the panels are already a moisture barrier. whoever put house wrap on that house made it fail. I have fixed many of house like that from poor install. tar paper is still king

I can't believe this was ever approved as a product this is crazy, I got a lot of houses on the Jersey Shore and we honestly go the extra mile and use marine grade plywood on the first row of sheathing and any connection points of decking
