Schedules produce anxiety. One way to lessen anxiety is to drop some scheduling from your life — eat when you feel instead of at 9am, 12pm, and 6pm. Take a day to walk the earth doing what you want and having nowhere to be.

I’m having severe sleep deprivation. And anxiety. I need help bad. I have sleep apnea and use a CPap mask and also take oxycodone for chronic pain I talk with a psychiatrist on Friday. I am wondering if what or if she will prescribe for me to help me
