We have intrusive thoughts and for a long time assumed some of our memories were that, but we realized the aren’t the same - with the memories I get a cold icy feeling in my guts and if I let myself be present for it, more stuff comes out. So now it’s like 48 years of intrusive thoughts I’m having to re-evaluate

all I remember is him holding my hand and my brother being the seeker, and after I remember my underwear not sitting right and me looking for him and my brother.. but I can't remember the moment between those.. something had to happen, can you help me and also if there a way to remember those memories?
