This was really unfair. People seem to forget that Amy had two kids, was the primary caregiver for Tammy, and was also recovering from her own surgery while dealing with marital problems. On top of that, weight loss isn’t just physical, the emotional toll plays a huge role, and emotions absolutely affect the process.
