Hello sir. I’m really interested in R&D and contracting or NPD. I feel like I need to gain experience first tho so that there’s a higher chance of business success. I’m unsure how to best build up my skills tho. I’m a new grad? Should I try to go into industry and do personal projects or do like a PhD? Thank you!

As far as equipment goes I’ve found it surprising how much equipment you can find on Facebook marketplace. I just bought a used 120 ton injection molding machine for 1/4 the price it normally would be and I just bought a backup pick and place machine for 1/4 the price as well
