QUAIL. 🐥 I said, “Are we raising them for the eggs?” He said, “Nope. For the meat.” 🙃 So now we have tiny future dinners chirping in the backyard. Here’s what I’ve learned so far: 🍽 Quail meat is high in protein, iron, & vitamin C 🐓 It’s leaner than chicken and rich in flavor 📦 And they grow fast—ready to harvest in 7–8 weeks My life is weird.
