OCD is so horrible! 😭😭 I’m not diagnosed with ocd but I know I have it for sure I’ve been struggling so bad with my ocd.

mine got way worse after having kids- 😭impulsive thoughts are crazy asf. Things HAVE TO be a certain way or i want to crawl out my skin.

***Diagnosed with ocd tendencies not full ocd…Not having socks on in a house sends me into a panic to the point I have a pair of new socks in my trunk, purse, luggage, coat pocket….and if I’m fully thrown I’ve made an uber stop at cvs to get socks just to prevent the hyper-fixation panic I would feel…only my best friend has noticed and she has saved me out of nowhere.

I had it the worst postpartum. But it's improved so much because I have a kid with ocd and I can't jump on the roller coaster of their thoughts. So if I'm gonna die from germs in gonna die. Let them take me.

To not worry about if I accidentally left my leftovers out overnight and my Roomate put it back in the fridge and then I eat it and get botulism.
