You need to have your whole order ready. Don’t expect Becky to come introduce herself, bring drinks, bring the meal, then ask “did you save room for dessert?”. Order it all. Birgitt will bring it with the right timing. Also, don’t leave cash on the table as a tip that’s rude. When they tell you the total, round up to the next whole number or 5 to make a tip. Say that number, and they’ll make change for that and keep their tip.
