Ive become avoidant, numb, cynic. To admit to myself every phrase felt like a soft blanket over my bruised and torn apart body. The contrast is so shocking, I was in tears. I did my best to survive, I was a child. I cannot keep carrying this shame forever. Thank you so much.

I really like this, it was really done and thought out. The only that I would of liked is the the start up phrase in the beginning. The phrase that I am talking about starts with. Even though... and doing the karate chop.
