People are missing the point by a mile here. That man loses his cool just because someone video recorded him, dismount his vehicle and make sure the other man knew he was armed. That's an attempt of intimidation to infringe the other man's right. Either you are pro guns or not, we all can agree that the right to bear arms doesn't give anyone the right to use them for intimidation just becase they can't understand or doesn't like the jurisprudence regarding video recording in public places. Anyway, if a person can't control his temper over something so insignificant as being video recorded to the point of reaching for his firearm, that is a public safety concern and possibly endangerment. Unstable people like that shouldn't carry a gun.

Having had conceal carry in California and Texas, what I saw in this video was NOT brandishing! He could have had the weapon on the seat or console and was putting it in his holster. Unless there is something else that I didn’t see in the video, not brandishing.

No, that's not brandishing. It was not even an attempt to show it. If you're carrying a weapon, you know that often times you have to readjust holster after you get out of your vehicle. That's all that happened.
