even if he positioned himself in front of her intentionally, she pressed the gas and hit him. from there one can argue whether PTSD may have influenced the shooting, but in a split second it is unlikely he premeditated letting himself get hit just so he could shoot someone. PTSD in our law enforcement and military is a horrible and under treated condition plaguing our country.
