You need a jar, something to mix with (i use a fork), parchment paper(you can go without though), a roasting pan/Dutch oven(can even use 2 bread pans stacked), a bowl, flour(unbleached), water, and salt. You probably have most of that at home you dont need to waste money on a kit.
