just came across your account today, you're doing a good job. just a bit of advice that i think can help. Try being more formal, say both your names in that matter, try appreciate what the business is doing before you say why you called them this can make them impressed by you. Also, at the end don't just say "okay", you can also appreciate them for taking their time to talk to you and also for their honest responses. one last thing, work on fluency while being 100% confident since you already know what you do (digital marketing) say it like you own it be confident in yourself. you can rehearse right before the call to know what you're supposed to say. meanwhile you're doing good, keep pushing and don't lose hope.. consistency is the key brother💯
