I've had one very similar to this for a while. absolutely one of my favorite gadgets. the price makes it a great buy,especially with that extra bowl and blades.

might be faster but not "perfectly" chopped & it's more stuff to wash, not for everyday. maybe if you were cooking for a huge meal. I would never use those ugly onions in my picó de gallo or guacamole. js

I ordered this & it actually works GREAT! goes from halved onions to perfectly chopped onions in 3 seconds, minced onions in 6 seconds, never had a food processor this amazing, I LOVE it!

Last night I put potatoes in cut them up, put in cold water 5 mins, rinsed them until water turns clear, squeeze all water out with cheese cloth, dry potatoes, then made hash brown patties with them. 2 good size potatoes, Lowerys Total Seasoning, 1 egg, AP flour, pepper. fried them in oil, & a little bacon grease
