Love the recipe! In Italy they use a bit of dark chocolate tablet to blend the acidity of the tomatoes but cinnamon sounds amazing too

It’s so crazy I hate the packets like that of beef! It’s always so chewy. I tried. The butcher at Whole Foods or any store is the only way to go! Sharing in case it makes your sauce even better 💛
