Sorry, don't buff the stamp, that'll ruin its transparency. I went through the same so here's what I learnt: use stamping gels, they're specially made for this, use the stamper and clean it on a sticky surface, like lint remover or duct tape, scrape ONCE at a 45° angle, make sure your scraper is stiff and it doesn't flex, SLIGHTLY take the design from the plate, from one side to the other, and detach it in the same way, slowly. Then, when transferring it to the nail, look through the stamper's transparent body, to see where you place the design,do the same movement, or apply directly from above in a right angle, without pressure. Try all this and it should work 100%

You have to buff the stamp lightly before using it. That way the gel won’t stick to the stamp. (Don’t come for me if I’m wrong)

I've only ever gotten this to work with air dry polish. Don't worry you can still sandwich it between layers of gel polish and it shouldn't have any issues
