@lynaefryar19: Yes!! I get both, but they’re NOT constant in my case and the difference is the PAIN factor. If you’re an amputee, what’s been your experience?! What types of phantom pains do you experience if any and how are your phantom limb sensations? I know we’re all so different so feel free to share your differences and similarities. #amputeelife #amputeeawareness #limbloss #amputeefacts #amputeeproud

I have phantom limb sensations mostly, I feel my foot 90% of the time. I'd say my phantom limb pain is like 5% of my week. I'm very lucky!

On my left side phantom pain but on my right side definitely more phantom sensations instead of pain. I also got neuroma on my left stump so that’s been causing bigger issues with nerve pain and more phantom pain!

I am experiencing them both! It's very irritating to say the least. I am a LBTK amputee! I have to be careful because sometimes I will just jump up forgetting my left foot is no longer there!

I don’t have much phantom limb/pain. Every now and then I’ll get some zaps at night still… maybe too much compression overnight. But I never feel like a specific missing part hurts. Where I have pain feels like where it physically is.
