AGREED. But also, personally, I think that losing weight has been a bit heartbreaking in that a lot of my old outfits that I used to love can’t be worn anymore because they’re all now too big or had been stretched out. I fear people don’t also talk enough about how expensive it is when going down sizes

Im back to losing again after having Irish twins. I was size 18-20 last time I shopped. I found a dress I LOVED last week but it was only in size 14 😭 the lady who worked there said "why dont you try it on?" so I did AND IT FIT 😭 i couldn't believe it lol

Girl yes!! I asked for a display belt at a store the other day and the lovely attendant said, “I can check the back. Is the small/medium one good?” The SHOCK I felt of her asking that…! It’s so difficult to get used to a new reality

I’ve gone from a uk16-18 to a uk 10 so XL to a S and I just can’t get my head around it at all! In shops I still go to the back of the rack and my partner is like “no babe, you lt size is at the front” 😅

Unfortunately I had a different problem, when I was ‘bigger’ I was an S and now I’ve lost weight I’m an xs/xxs and I can barely ever find clothes in my size unless I shop online and I usually have to get petite sizing too 😪
