@jasmin_caviezel: So I tracked my mucus. Logged my temps. Followed the charts I found online… But I still felt unsure and my chart didn’t always follow a “perfect” pattern. Some months my temps were all over the place. Other times, my mucus made zero sense with egg white mucus coming and going. I was trying so hard to “get it right,” but I kept asking myself: “Did I ovulate yet? Can I be sure? Am I doing this wrong?” The truth is, ovulation can’t be pinpointed by an app nor our cervical mucus. And it can only be confirmed once it happened. Unless we understand the rules of fertility awareness and how to read your own body in context, you’ll keep second-guessing and stressing. And yes, lower pelvic pain might feel like ovulation is happening right at that moment, but it is not a reliable sign to confirm ovulation. So I stopped trying to piece it together from social media and went deeper. I became a certified fertility awareness instructor. I learned how to read real charts (not perfect ones). And I saw how much easier it becomes when you actually know what you’re looking for. Now, I teach women to do the same because this method works if you understand the structure behind it. If you’re tired of wondering whether you ovulated or if your chart is “normal,” my Confirm Ovulation With Confidence Masterclass is a great starting point. Comment “CONFIRM” and I’ll send the link your way 💌
