Simple, comforting, and seriously good. 🤌🏼 Ingredients (for two potato pancakes): Potatoes – 600 g Flour – 2 tbsp Egg – 1 Salt – 1 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Instructions: 1. Peel and wash the potatoes, then grate them using a fine or medium grater. 2. Add the egg, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined. 3. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the pancakes on both sides for 4–5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
