@fitgreenmind: CRISPY GLAZED TOFU 😋 If you don’t like tofu, you just have to prepare it differently! So here are a few easy hacks PLUS my favorite tofu recipe EVER.🤭 RECIPE easy, quick, glazed tofu (2 servings, 30min prep time): -200g (1 block) tofu Tear into chunks and boil in salted water for 10mins. Then drain and let it steam-dry for 3-5mins. -1 Tbsp corn starch -1 Tsp chicken spice Toss the tofu in there and either pan-fry in oil on medium heat until crispy or spray with oil and air fry for 12mins at 190C (I prefer the pan option). Glaze: -2 Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tsp gochujang -1 Tbsp vinegar -1 Tbsp agave Mix everything in a pan and heat up until thickened. Add the sauce to the tofu, shake well and enjoy. 😊 - CRISPY GLAZED TOFU 😋
Wenn du Tofu nicht magst, musst du ihn einfach anders zubereiten! Hier kommen ein paar einfache Hacks PLUS mein allerliebstes Tofu-Rezept.🤭 REZEPT einfacher, schneller, glasierter Tofu (2 Portionen, 30 Min. Zubereitungszeit):
-200g (1 Block) Tofu
In Stücke reißen und 10 Min. in gesalzenem Wasser kochen.
Dann abgießen und 3–5 Min. abdampfen lassen. -1 EL Speisestärke
-1 TL Hähnchengewürz
Den Tofu darin wenden und entweder in Öl bei mittlerer Hitze in der Pfanne knusprig braten oder mit Öl besprühen und 12 Min. bei 190°C in der Heißluftfritteuse backen (ich bevorzuge die Pfanne). Glasur:
-2 EL Sojasauce
-1 TL Gochujang
-1 EL Essig
-1 EL Agavendicksaft
Alles in einer Pfanne vermischen und erhitzen, bis es eindickt.
Die Sauce zum Tofu geben, gut durchschwenken und genießen. 😊
