Any tips on brushing their belly and underarm? Those areas end up matted cause I can’t reach it and he doesn’t stay still since it’s kind of uncomfortable

I brush my dog at least twice a week and still expecting to have knots or minimal matting. But guess what? That is why she goes to the groomer once a month and I pay for it so someone can have it done for me, period.

Do you recommend a brush? I have a maltipoo and I love how fluffy she comes back from the groomers, but I want to brush her myself properly and she gets this like on the video!

I can brush my dog every day and her fur will still get matted, some of the Matt's ill have to cut out cuz they wont brush out, I have a full blooded collie(i think thats how you spell the dog breed)

I’ve just started to on my Shichon! She loves it and we get the Matt’s out before she’s shaved by our groomer that comes to us she’s less stressed and they just overall do a better job.

So I have an Australian shepherd and I have this problem and I feel bad when I take her to the groomers and her fur is matted on her butt I tried using a brush but I don’t rlly think it helps detangle is there any brushes someone recommends or any sprays that may help loosen the tangles to help that problem?
