XO GURL :
Pls guys help !! : I’m a 17-year-old international student currently in high school, working hard on a big academic comeback. My early grades were around 10–11/20, but I’ve improved a lot and I’m now aiming for consistent 15–17/20 (GPA around 3.7) and a strong French Baccalauréat with high honors. I’m also preparing for very high TOEFL and SAT scores, as I want to apply to U.S. universities with a strong academic profile. My main goal is to study international law in the future, so I’m looking at majors like political science or pre-law/international relations. Outside academics, I’ve built a strong extracurricular profile: I’ve played piano for over 9 years, I have leadership experience (including creating a girls empowerment initiative and being class representative), I’ve done volunteering, I’ve worked in marketing during holidays, and I’m planning to start a blog about ambition, lifestyle, and growth. My situation is that I’m an international student with a very limited budget, so I would need a full ride or a very large scholarship to be able to study in the U.S. What I’m really looking for in a university is not just academics, but also the full American college experience: a big and lively campus, strong school spirit, social life, parties, fun energy, and that “American Dream” vibe you see in movies, while still keeping a balance with serious studies. I want a place where I can grow academically, socially, and personally at the same time. Based on my profile, what universities would you honestly recommend for me that could match both my academic level and my financial situation, especially ones that could offer strong aid for international students?
