This is the most irresponsible airline I have ever flown with! They cannot operate flights even in rain. When there is fog, they are unable to land. We almost crashed in Krakow, Poland, and had to divert to Warsaw, to a military airport! Today my sister could not take her flight from Prague to Antalya. First, they delayed the flight every hour. After a 5-hour delay, passengers were finally boarded, then kept sitting on the plane for more than an hour, and after that they were told to leave the aircraft! It later turned out that the flight was postponed again to the next day — first to 6:00, then to 9:30, and they also stated that the departure time may change again! Even now, it is still unknown whether the flight will actually operate on January 10. There have been absolutely no explanations about what the problem is! Meanwhile, all other planes at the airport are taking off without any issues! This is a nightmare. Because of you, people are facing serious problems.
