INGREDIENTS: 1 24 pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls Approx. 4 Tbsp Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (but measure with your heart) Mild cheddar cheese Thinly sliced ham Swiss cheese 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted 2 tsp worcestershire sauce 2 tsp poppy seeds 1 tsp onion powder Pinch kosher salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1) preheat broiler to high with rack positioned high in the oven. Cut Hawaiian rolls down the center to separate tops from bottoms. Place them cut side up on a cookie sheet and broil for approximately 1 minute (keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!) 2) preheat oven to 350 with rack back in the middle of the oven. Place bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls on your cookie sheet and spread half of the mayonnaise on the rolls. Layer on cheddar cheese, then ham, then Swiss cheese. Spread second half of mayonnaise on cut side of top half of buns and place on top of Swiss layer. 3) in a small bowl combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder and salt. Brush butter mixture over sliders and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes with foil on, then another 10 with foil off (watch tops for burning!) Serve and enjoy!
