You can do physical therapy for your jaw too! A combo of that and a splint I wear at night pretty much fixed it

Be careful! If you get botox too often in your jaw it can cause the muscle to atrophy and you can get jowels if its too often. Maybe try every 6 months or longer!

Tricare will cover this!!! I have this so bad, I’m still on my parents insurance too, tricare is just my secondary but with both insurances it’s always fully covered. Saves me 1000$ every few months😂

LISTEN - check out the chiropractor. I had the most intense pain and after doing certain “stretches” that the chiropractor gave me, it changed my forever!!!

I had tmj too and physical therapy helped it go away pretty much. would suggest if you haven't tried.
