@meadweaver: I’ve been in a slump lately as my usual content feels trivial to create at this moment in time. But driving by these kids who walked out of class and took an unexcused absence to exercise their 1st amendment right, brightened my day. It’s been depressing seeing so many good, hard working people living in fear as racism runs rampant, and the federal government uses my home State of Minnesota as a training ground for fascism. Things look bleak right now, but I’m optimistic that the divisiveness coming from the powerful will no longer be tolerated.
