Kangaroos judge each other’s strength through punching cause kicking could be lethal. They punch each other in the face and whoever has the stronger punch has the deadlier kick and wins the despite. Now humans have much stronger upper bodies on average, so when a human punches a kangaroo they think “wow that was a hard punch, his kick would obliterate me” and the kangaroo will leave

In comparison to our other animals, kangaroos are tame, they don’t even make our scary list or animals to avoid. Drop bears? Number 1 on the list of scary animals.

They don't love to drown dogs..the video you're referring to was a guy who fought a kangaroo who was trying to drown his dog. What you didn't see before that scene was the kangaroo having a bath in the river, minding it's own business when two of his dog got into the water and tried to bite and barked at the kangaroo and threatened it. it was only trying to protect itself when the dogs owver came upon the scene

I grew up in a area here in Australia that has a warning about not standing under trees cause they drop pine cone style seeds that can split your skull open ahh Australia

I might be misremembering but I think kangaroos gauge strength through punches so when that guy decked skippy the roo was probably thinking "christ if that's how hard he punches I don't find out his kick strength!"
