In this game of probabilities we have to take what little we can get and log the hell off. It's the only way to make it long term. Once funded I suggest making around $200 a day and getting off. Quit trying for more until your account has a big cushion

Oh no girllll๐ญ๐ We have to accept our losses/wins and move on. I give myself a STRICT 1-2 trade a day. If after 2 trades I donโt get a win I move on and do something else that I love in my life. Maybe you do Pilates or yoga lol or make non-trading TikTok content. Anything that doesnโt involve trading. Two more thingsโฆ1.) before you get on your evaluation/funded accountโฆ go to tradingview and open up an 100 K demo account and recklessly trade there. Get all your gambling tendencies out on TradingViewโฆ so then when you get back to your eval/funded youโll be way more locked in. 2.) You said youโre a day traderโฆbut until you can keep a solid funded try scalping. Give yourself a realistic amount that youโre okay with making ($250-$500) a day. And tell yourself that every time you hit that number youโre done for the day. Yes, it will mean you will have to pass your evaluation at slower pace, but you will start to see more consistent Green Days slightly easier and eventually, you will hit the target profit. Itโs like building a muscle. Youโre doing amazing sweetie ๐ฅฐ

Marathon, not a race ๐๐ 1 trade at a time. Your losses are wins because there is a lesson every time! Journal both wins and losses instead of thinking youโre down. Youโre just over trading thatโs all. 1 trade 1 contract. Stop looking at the money $ change it to ticks instead of $ ๐

Iโm a scalper and my trades are very quick. But if Iโm tilting my main rule is 3 strikes and Iโm out. I also set a time limit I only trade for 1 hour max once market opens. I have multiple alarms set throughout the room.
