Condo developments stealing lanes, traffic lights poorly timed, lack of advanced greens, lack of traffic controllers, pedestrian crossings got longer but it made traffic lights 5 seconds shorter, streetcar stops should be between lights, not directly before an intersection, streetcar disability ramps take FOREVER!

Upgrade the lights from 1960s technology, get cars moving at a higher speed, make pedestrians wait longer to cross. Just like every other major city, problem solved.

Add yellow junction boxes. Remove street parking on streetcar routes. Increase distance between streetcar stops. Reduce the ability for people to keep streetcar doors open. Add congestion tax.
