The box gets delivered to the address on the box and a picture showing where. Being petty the end of your driveway is acceptable too. Idk why everyone thinks that their front door is a requirement there are over 10 locations in the scanner and other where we can type in whatever we want as well. If your delivery gets out at your there often you’d think by now you wouldn’t almost run them over anymore. You’ll learn real fast in this job you will never please everyone no matter what you do download the app and put in your request for delivery location. For all you know the person that lived there before did that and that is the location they have on there. Just had that situation and the customer asked and I showed him on the scanner, but hey at least he asked and I told him how to fix it and he didn’t go online and make a do better post.

To be fair (I deliver a country route) nearly all the people don’t use their front door.

If you have a FedEx account, you can make a customer request on where you want your packages left at.
