I personally believe the knotless braids and boho braids, and goddess braids are the ones that are tearing our hair up, we need to get back to OG braids with a little bubble at the top and take that out in a timely fashion our hair will grow. Braids actually allow access to your scalp to wash aand condition. You can spray a leave in conditioner. You can add your blue magic where you like. A lot of black girls and women growing up we are not accustomed to washing our hair on a daily basis and that’s one of the key ways to grow your hair.

I’m only shoulder length but I could not agree more about braids. I chopped my hair off last year and stopped getting brakes two years ago and I can see a noticeable difference.

I’ve been styling my hair with Pattern beauty leave in and blue magic. That’s literally it. If I want to do a twist out or summn where I need definition I’ll use world of curls gel because it has glycerin in it and doesn’t dry your hair out.
