Get more quotes. I pay for 2 newer cars, full coverage and it is $180 a month. I do use USAA and they give better rates than anyone else but it shouldn’t be $700.

I’ve got a different take. I insure my car. They insure their car. Their insurance pays out for their damage regardless. Now If you drive a 5k car and you slide into that 100k car, my insurance will represent that the accident is my fault and that would increase my insurance. Now you file your claim on your insurance or pay for the damages out of pocket. As a home owner or business owner you are entirely responsible for your shit! Why don’t we take this same attitude to the road?

I totally agree with you! It's such B.S! And then if you never get in an accident we are just out all the money paid into insurance, we should be reimbursed at the end of the year!! 💯

My husband and I combined plans when we got married 6 months ago and we pay $800 roughly for the two of us, both of our vehicles, for 6 months of full coverage. $500 and $100 deductible. All the bells and whistles. And we both have vehicles newer than 2020.
